Simultaneous use of USB

Hello, in Digi Anywhereusb plus created the user “sgb” (port 1). In AnywhereUSB manager, connected to USB. Created the second user “sgb2” (also port 1). On another computer, I went to AnywhereUSB manager under “sgb2”, but it does not connect to USB (Status: being used by: User: sgb). How do I set up a simultaneous USB connection for users?

thanks for your question and welcome to Digi Forum.

Please note that each port cannot be used at a same time from two clients. Two clients can be connected at the same USB Plus HUB, but on different USB ports.
