TransPort WR44 power LED blinking

I am unable to access the UI from the Ethernet ports (they are not reachable). There is no physical connection with my Ethernet cable working.
This is the LED status:
Power LED: green blinking
Ethernet LAN LEDs: green solid
All other LED off

Please let me know if this is normal and what should I do to resolve

your unit appears to be bricked, you will need to use Digi Flashwriter with proper image to restore unit.
