Just purchased XK9-XCT-0 tried to upgrade firmware - correct modem not listed in X-CTU pull down menu - and links don’t work to firmware - Modem unknown in X-CTU for both modules - and download new versions does not work - I attempted to download another modems firware ~ now modem does not connect ~
Can someone give guidance?

But before that, you need the correct firmware file in your X-CTU
