Try to use FTP on WI-MI-01T-S (plug and play firmware)

Hello,
I am trying to use FTP on WI-ME (plug and play firmware) to send files to a FTP server, is it posible ? Thanks

Hi quillem,

The WiME -S module does not have the intelligence to make an FTP connection. The closest you could do is configure it to make and outbound TCP connection on your desired port (homepage -> configuration -> serial port -> serial port #1 -> change port profile. select ‘TCP sockets’. click ‘apply’. goto ‘tcp client settings’ and setup outgoing TCP connection to the desired port).

But that doesn’t solve the problem of it talking ‘ftp’. You would need a -C WiME and one of the digi development kits to accomplish that.
