Hi,
Recently I bought a pair of Xbee modules. The XBee module details are
XBEE 2MW WIRE ANTENNA - SERIES 2 (ZB)
sku: WRL-10414
XBee XB24-Z7WIT-004
When I tried to connect using X-Ctu, I don’t see any new com ports in X-CTU Com port window. Therefore I cannot proceed further for setup and configuration. However in the Windows device manager I could see a new USB serial port added and it indicates that its unable to find the driver for that.
The Xbee module is sitting on a Sparkfun USBexplorer as shown in the attached snapshot. The X-CTU is installed on a windows 7, 64 bit OS.
Can you please let me know how to resolve this problem ? Is it a missing driver issue ?
Note : Please dont confuse with the two serial ports in the X-CTU window. They were not related to the Xbee module.
