I get error “Unable to identify gateway address” when trying update firmware of embembed module from web gateway interface.
I’ve tryed by WIFI connection , by Ethernet connection, with DHCP enabled and with static IP and nothing. Always get the same error.
If its a TH module then you have to plug it out from gateway and use ‘XBee Recovery’ tool in XCTU to recover it.
Remember to enable its API mode and set its Baud Rate to 115200 before putting it back.
