Wh would my xbee Series 1 End Point Constantly Chat with the Coordinator?

I have a very simple test where I am trying to have a Series 1 End Point communicate with a Series 1 Coordinator.

However, without doing anything other than powering the devices, the Coordinator starts receiving data from the End Point (constantly). Any idea why this would be happening?

The frame that I am receiving (over and over again) looks like this:

7E, 0, 10, 82, 0, 13, A2, 0, 40, C2, 21, D1, 2C, 0, 1, 0, 10, 0, 10, 87

I’m pretty new to all this, but I had something similar due to Sample Rate (IR) on the End device. If it’s not set to (0) it will send data at a constant rate.

What configuration software are you using?
What have you changed in the device configuration so far?

If all else fails, just restore -> write to reset the devices to firmware defaults.
