What is the modem status sequence on XBee-Pro 868

I’ve just read in the xbee-arduino-project, that the XBee after HW_Reset or Wake-UP:
when XBee powers up it sends a modem status 0 (hardware reset), followed by a 2 (Joined Network), assumming it’s configured correctly
// when XBee is woken up it sends a modem status 2 (Joined Network)

At me, only the modem status 0 is received, why? When will the Joined Network will be send? When the network went to sleep?

Is there a comprehensive documentation for working with
Xbee?

I’ve never got a status other to 0, why?

The XBee PRO 868 does not send a Join message. That is a function that the XBee ZB products would send. Sounds like the 3rd party code Site you are reading is not providing proper information.

Thank you.
But is there any information, I can get about
if I associated and connected within a net?
We are working in the limits of range.

NOOR

is it possible to conect a sensor via rj45 that has ethernet connectivity via a standard TCP socket to a ConnectPort X2 and query the sensor data each time it has zigbee conectivity?

NOOR

The XBee PRO 868 Is not a Mesh product or a Product that has an Association function. That is to say it is a Peer to peer product that it will either receive the data or it will not depending on if it is in range of the transmitter. There is no function that allows you to know this beyond sending a Node Discovery or some other function.

The Xbe PRO 868 is NOT a Zigbee Enabled Device. It is a Proprietary Peer to peer product for which Association does not exist.
