Why my XBee looks like halt?

Hi, I am using XBee Pro series1 as end device (= TX1) in DIGIMESH network.
TX1 send I/O data every 400ms to Receive unit(= RX).

In most case, TX1 start fine when I power on it.
But it does not start in rare cases.
At that time, TX1 just blinking ASSOCIATE LED and do not send RF wave to air !!!

So I read the status of the TX1 at that time using X-CTU.

Does anynone know my XBee status?

Have you tried to update to the latest version of firmware (8064)?

I would suggest trying that first.

It is always good and recommended to use latest firmware versions on the modules. You can download the latest firmwares of all the radios either from x-ctu or from Digi website. Click “Download new versions” under Modem Configuration tab in x-ctu.
Latest firmware versions includes bug fixes of old firmware and sometimes includes newly added features.
You can find the firmwares and its release notes at Digi website.
