What is the wake up period for XBee series 2 ( XB24-B) modules?

Hi
I am using XBee Series 2 (XB24-B) modules.
I configured one module as end device and another module as coordinator.
For end device to sample and transmit the data periodically at every 5 seconds I configured sleep period (SP) as 5 seconds and Sample rate(IR) as 50ms…
Is the configuration correct?
What is the wake up period for these modules ?
so that I can set the sample rate accordingly, such that sample rate (IR) should not exceed the wake period.

I would suggest setting the WH to 5, and the ST to an Ascii value of 50.
