When did Digi start charging for Support Cases?
Why wasn’t I notified?
When the PortServer TS went EOL
normal cases Digi won’t charge
if you need immediate assistance of the particular device with in hours time they may charge i think so
Digi has been charging for Technical Support for at least 2 years now. Details on fees can be found here: https://www.digi.com/support/enterprise-support
I logged a call last year & did not have to pay any additional fees, so it must have been this year sometime.
Here is the error you get;

Communication to customers about changes things like fees is important - unless you don’t care about them?
