Which cable for PortServerII->Sun servers

Hello!

I need to make some cables to connect my Sun servers to a PortServer II. I will use reverse telnet to access the consoles of the servers. The Sun servers have EIA-232 serial ports.
I tried the cable called cm32_rj45sc.pdf, that did’nt work.
Anybody know how to make these cables?
