Anyone having an idea?

What version of the AnywhereUSB driver do you have installed on the host computers?

What firmware is installed on the AnywhereUSB device?

Do you have any Safenet, Aladdin or Hasp dongles installed on the AnywhereUSB device?

Hi,
Firmware Version: 1.51.12.21 (build 82002081_H awusb14 eos 9/17/2013 10:29:44a)
Driver 3.60.60

and yes we have those Dongles

Michael

Check the dongle driver version and date in Device Manager. Typically those drivers are dated before Dec 2012 which is a known issue, you will need to update the dongle driver package to resolve the issue.
