XB24CZ7WIT-004 RevM (Model: S2CTH).

Here is my problem: I configured this module in API mode 1 as a router, and another module as a coordinator. I use other XBee modules and they work fine, but when I use this specific reference, it always returns this problem. So I reset the firmware and applied the latest version, but unfortunately there is no response. However, when I configure this module in AT mode, it works fine.

Are you using the Terminal tab to adjust the ATAP command?

Dear Digi XBee Support,

I have a problem with one XBee Router that cannot associate with my existing network.

My network is already working correctly with 1 Coordinator and 2 Routers. When I try to add this new Router, the association fails. When I perform a network scan, I also get an error message. The same error persists even after repeating the configuration steps.

I am using COM7, and I noticed that MY = FFFE on the problematic XBee.

Could you please help me identify the cause of the association and scan error?

I can provide screenshots of the error and the configurations of the working and problematic XBee.

Best regards,
Mohamed

Until association occurs, the Network Scan will fail when running on this module.

It sounds like the current network does not have Joining enabled or you are using the wrong PAN ID or Channel mask on this module. May I suggest checking the NJ, ID and SC values. You may want to also issue the Network Reset command on the module in question (ATNR0).
