Question, by connecting an Xbee / Zigbee as a coordinator to an Esp8266 / Arduino, can you create a Zigbee network with sensors from other brands !? Thanks in advance for your kind reply.

Sure you can. Just put the XBee in API mode which is what most Arduino lib. want. But use Explicit frames. Then set the XBee ZS to 2.

I am using XBEE3 set to one channel and I detect interference .
Should i change the channel?
or to prevent future problem would it be better to set it up to scan channel?
looking for tech support to help set it up to scan channel
