Xbee not going to pin controlled sleep when used standalone

Hi!

In sleeping mode of pin controlled I am attempting to use I/O Line passing with Xbee S2C. While linking with XBIB-U-DEV It’s functioning well,

But the problem is with standalone mode , when I use Xbee in this mode the sleep mode of pin controlled stop functioning while on other hand I/O line passing still functioning.

In my opinion this problem occurs when I joined its UART to some other module like NodeMCU module and with its removal it starts functioning. Please lend me a hand to sort out this problem.

Sound to me that you are not driving the Sleep request line in the proper direction.
