XBee PRO and gateway ConnectPort x2

I am currently doing an electronics project on a farm.
Which consists of measuring soil moisture and sending via RF to a gateway.
I bought the XBee PRO 900HP (5) and the ConnectPort X2 gateway - Digi XBee-PRO 900HP to Ethernet.

Within the tests I have done, the sensor value is displayed on a computer using XCTU and the XBee communicate perfectly with the console workng mode.

I need to extract the data from the gateway, I have read little of this, but anyone has experience with the use of this? How to read the data as in the console working mode.

You have to write and port over a Python application onto the Gateway that does that for you.
