Not on a regular Pro - the minimum is 10mW. But if you have the international variant (“J” suffix on the part number) you can select lower powers.
Can you told me the transmit power range of the International variant ? Thanks.
You’ll find it in the product manual - check the PL command. 0dBm corresponds to 1mW.
