XBEE PRO S2C European Certification? Alternative +8dbm option?

Hi,

Are there plans to make the XBEE PRO S2C available for use in Europe? If so, is there a time frame on this certification?

The migration guide for S2B > S2C says “Note: An International variant of the XBee ZB (S2C) TH is not available; the +8dBm non-PRO variant should be used.”

Is this a different product code variant or is this done via a firmware change to adjust radio power?

How does this affect the link budget? Is there a comparable range to the old S2B PROs?
