Hi,

I am new to Xbee. I am planning to buy X-CTU tool for the configuring XBee devices.

I have the Xbee devices only but lack of tool like : X-CTU to configure.I have seen some tutorials on X-CTU and I would like to use of this tool.

I want to know whether X-CTU will support Smart Energy Profile 1.0 and 2.0 specification.As this was my primary requirement.

X-CTU is available for free here. Ensure that you update to the latest firmwares after you install it. Regards,

Hello Gowtham,

I was wondering if you were able to form SEP network using only xBee modules.

I’ve been trying to make a network on xbee with one coordinator and one end device by burning Xbee-SE firmware. I am also trying to use xBee 2.1 python library and Ubuntu.

However, I am not being successful with SEP.
I was wondering about which library did you use.

I would really appreciate if you could share your development details.
