XBee3 "TH" Firmware version vs "non-TH?"

I need to program my XBee3 (XB3-24) as a Zigbee device (e.g. a sensor or a switch, etc.).

What’s the difference between the “TH” firmware and the “non-TH” version?

How do I know which to choose for my application?

TH stands for the Through Hole version of the module. That is the module with the two rows of 10 pins on it. The other versions are for the Surface mount versions of the module.

Ugh. Such a simple answer. I don’t know how I missed that.
Thank you!
