xctu do not recognize xbp24bz7pit-004

Dear Friends,
I’m trying to set up two modules xbee xbp24bz7pit-004 via USB, using an XBee USB Adapter SainSmart Explore, but XCTU not recognize any of the two modules. Update the driver communication port, but I keep getting the same error: “device not found”. If I try to use recovery tool xbee the error message is: “there is not an active bootloader in the module” "- Looking for active bootloader … [ERROR]
There is not an active bootloader in the module.

    and so subsequently …
    I appreciate any help let me fix this.
