When updating radio firmware library in XCTU is giving me Error:
I still get the same error after I tried logging in to digi.com with my username/password in a web browser .

I would suggest turning off any VPN or firewalls as I tested the connection this morning and it is working fine.
I did what you told me and it doesn’t works
No change in my setup, but it started working today.
I just installed XCTU and I get the message “Error while loading Firmware Library: “Connection closed without indication.”.”
Any ideas on how to fix this or why it’s happening?
This issue was related to an issue with the FTP server. That issue has now been resolved.

I would suggest trying again. If it occurs again, then I would suggest turning off any firewall or antivirus software programs you may have.
I have been working with the XCTU SW for quite some time without any problems. But within the last couple of days I have started facing the problem discussed in the post here. I havn’t changed anything in my setup => Im am using the same PC, the same router/network etc.
I see exactly the same, as shown here in the post earlier by elisabetarcas. The version of the XCTU SW I am using is : 6.5.13, Build ID : 20230602-2.
I would suggest making sure that you can make a connection via a browser to the Digi FTP site:
