XCTU Error: "Connection Refused" when updating radio firmware library

When updating radio firmware library in XCTU is giving me Error:

  • Checking for Radio Firmware Library Updates: Error while loading Firmware Library: “Connection refused: connect”.
  • Checking for force firmware updates: Error while performing force updates: Connection refused: connect

I still get the same error after I tried logging in to digi.com with my username/password in a web browser .

I would suggest turning off any VPN or firewalls as I tested the connection this morning and it is working fine.

I did what you told me and it doesn’t works

No change in my setup, but it started working today.

I just installed XCTU and I get the message “Error while loading Firmware Library: “Connection closed without indication.”.”
Any ideas on how to fix this or why it’s happening?

This issue was related to an issue with the FTP server. That issue has now been resolved.
