I have installed the software XCTU but my software doesn’t recognize the Xbee-PRO 900hp modules connected and when I open the software itself it says Multiple Problems have occurred. (Error while performing force updates: 504 Command not implemented for that parameter. Checking for radio firmware library updates. checking for force firmware updates.) How do I make my s/w recognize the modules?
What is the exact part number for the XBee module you are working with?
Exactly what is the XBee mounted on in order to connect it to the PC with?
Does this PC have full access to the internet or does it go thru a proxy server?
