I install the driver successfully on FC4.
Test mpi show connected successful ports via loopback.
Now, after reboot, I can not connect to ports anymore via mpi; if I unload the driver and reload it, everything seem to be back where is it… => connect successful.
Anything I can do to fix this ?

I presume you have configured the driver to load at boot up (chkconfig --add dgap)?
If so, please check your /var/log/messages file, the mpi adapter status and the results of “dmesg | grep dgap” in order to determine the root cause.
