Access to configuration menu - DIGIPassport?

I have a DIGI Passport and to cut a long story short I have only access to it via telnet on port 7000. If I log in using the root password it launches me into the ‘portaccessmenu’

Is there anyway from here to get into the configuration settings - I’ve tried configmenu which does nothing,

I need to try and change the IP address.

You could try “Q” to quit the port access menu and then run configmenu. Otherwise, you might want to try direct access to the console port or perform a factory reset. These steps/details can be found in the user guide starting on page 271:
