Acme Packet PINOUT

Hi Guys,

This is my first post on this forum. We have several dozen DIGI TS 4 and 9 port servers in production. So far we havent had an issue connecting to any of our devices. However we just started to deploy ACME packet SBC’s and we arent having any luck connecting to them via teh DIGI’s. ACME’s come with port speed default as 115200, 8, n, 1 n.
We can change the speed on the ACME’s but that requires a reboot of them and they are in production. We tried using the Cisco cables we purchased from Digi, part number 76000631 but had no luck. We tried to create our own custom cables but no luck either.
We do not get any output on the screen when we try to connect.

Has anyone ran into this issue with ACME?
Is there another cable we need to purchase for this to work or is there a pinout we can use to create our own?
We would prefer to purchase the cables instead of creating our own.

Thanks,

Joel P

Regarding cabling: We would need to know the ACME pinouts in order to answer your question.

Thanks for the quick reply. This is the info what I got from ACME.

Cisco TS ACME

3 --------------- 6
4 ] __________4 GND
5 ]
6 ---------------- 3

It isnt very well documented which is why we are running into issues.

Thanks,
Joel P
