Hello
My AnywhereUSB/5 (2G) Only shows ports 1, 3 and 5 actives
and in the Remote USB Hub Viewer this ports are numbered in reverse order from 1 to 3.
port 1 is named as port 3
port 3 is named as port 2
port 5 is named as port 1
Port 1 is the only port working and is numberes as Port 3
Any idea?
Thanks
What operating system is the host computer?
What firmware and driver version is the AnywhereUSB device running?
When did this issue start to occur?
Have you tried to uninstall the AnywhereUSB drivers and reboot the host computer and install the latest AnywhereUSB 3.51 drivers?

If this is a AnywhereUSB/5 G2, you should be able to update the firmware through the web interface. Click the Update Firmware section.
Here is the link to the AnywhereUSB/5 G2 1.51 firmware:
http://ftp1.digi.com/support/firmware/82002237_H.dwn
Click the Browse button and select the firmware you downloaded. Click the update button to start the firmware update. You must reboot the AnywhereUSB/5 G2 to complete the update.
