Has anyone encountered this problem?

Iā€™m having the sane problem w/ 2 new 5/m devices. Even w/ just trying to use port 5 by itself. Devicefailedenumeration error went away after factory reset, but all I get is device unknown now.

This is a known issue with the AnywhereUSB 1.51 firmware

Look at the AnywhereUSB/5 G2 or MHC 1.51 firmware
Port 5 does not support low/full speed devices - only high speed devices. Ports 1-4 support low, full, and high speed devices.

Look at very bottom of the release notes, according to Digi.
This will be resolved in the 1.60 firmware.
