AnywhereUSB/14 lock up

We have two AnywhereUSB/14’s in our environment. One is having USB key disconnect issues and the other locks up about once per month - as in power cycle to fix.

Is there a troubleshooting procedure and tools available to help understand why I’m having these issues?

We only use these devices for Dongle support.

The first thing to check is that the latest firmware and drivers are used (AnywhereUSB and Dongle drivers).

We have about 10 of these systems and are experiencing the issue on several of them. Firmware installed 1.90.18.56

The AnywhereUSB/14 look like a great product.its uses very high now. i am also use it.
