anywhereusb/14 windows 10 shared device not getting reconnected

Hello Support

I am using the AW-USB/14 device (updated to Firmware v1.84.1766), a USB (for testing using a USB mouse) and two Workstations (Win 10 and Win7).

On Workstation1 (Win7)

  1. Launch AnywhereUSB Remote Hub Configuration Utility (I am using V3.82.207)
  2. Select the RealPortUSB Hub
  3. Press connect
The mouse is detected and also visible in the DeviceManager, all is good. Try Disconnect and Connect again and everythig works.
  4. Press disconnect and move to Workstation2

On Workstation2 (Win10)

  1. Launch AnywhereUSB Remote Hub Configuration Utility (I am using V3.82.207)
  2. Select the RealPortUSB Hub
  3. Press connect
The mouse is detected and also visible in the DeviceManager, all is good.
  4. Press disconnect - The mouse is not visible in DeviceManager
  5. Press connect again - The RealPortUSB is connected but the usb device is not visible anymore in the DeviceManager. Even after several Connect and Disconnect the device is not avaliable.

But once i reboot the workstation2 (Win10) then, I press Connect the device is visible and works again.

Any tips on what is going wrong?

Thanks in advance

You might want to check the Connections information from the web interface of the AnywhereUSB to ensure there is nothing connected when moving back to Windows 10.
