Error AnywhereUSB Remote Hub lost and found the device everytime

The device is new and has a problem. My Windows 2012 R2 Driver is 3.80.200 (latest) and firmware is latest too:

Model: AnywhereUSB/5 MHC
Firmware: 1.82.16.43
POST: 1.09.9.32

Network link and ping don’t lose packets but AnywhereUSB Remote Hub lost and found the device everytime.

Have you confirmed there are no firewall/antivirus applications blocking the connectivity ports?
