AnywhereUSB/5 - AwRescue doesn't seem to be working

There is a solid amber/red light on one of our hubs. I have it plugged into my laptop using a crossover cable. I set the 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0 IP settings. I have ran the utility with the correct mac address. The CMD prompt hangs on Starting DHCP Server for hub…

Is there something I am missing? This should be set to DHCP enabled. I know this will turn it off. We are just trying to get it to where it can be discovered. There is an IP assigned to it by DHCP reservation. This IP is listed in our discovery list but never shows up. We have two hubs behaving this way right now. The other 11 hubs are connected and working fine using this setup.

I finally got this to work. I ran this on my Macbook Pro running VMware Fusion 2.x (Windows XP SP 3) and it wouldn’t run. I used the same instructions on a D630 Dell laptop with Windows XP SP3 and it ran with no issues.

Thanks anyway!
