AnywhereUSB using DHCP

Hello,

I connected the AnywhereUSB to the network and configured it using DHCP. Now it can’t find a DHCP server although there is one at the network. (We are using official IP addresses, does this cause the problems?)
In the documentation (Rev F) for this case the tool AWRescue.exe is mentioned to recover the device. But I can’t find it.
Can anyone help me?

Update the device with newer driver and firmware.

Also you can configure the device in the web UI.
