Server 2008 R2.
We have a server (VM obviously) with an application that requires two USB license dongles. I connected the two dongles to an AnywhereUSB/14 and created the group.
Then on the server, loaded the client app and connect the server to the appropriate group.
It was working for a while, but then one of the dongles stopped working. We’ve flashed the concentrator with the latest firmware (1.51.12.21 as of this writing) and installed the latest client utility (3.60.60 March 2014), but again only one dongle seems visible to the OS. In all the troubleshooting and rebooting, it seems to be either ONE dongle visible or the other…so we’re sure it’s not the dongle itself.
As a workaround we could connect one dongle to one concentrator, and the second dongle to another concentrator, but this seems a bit clunky.
Hopefully we’re missing something silly ?
