AnywhereUSB manager attempting to connect

the host server lost power and re-connected. The AnywhereUSB manager will not find hub again. It sits on “Attempting to connect”. Re-installed software with and without user configuration. No change. This is urgent. Hopefully someone can help.

Model:AnywhereUSB Plus 24 hub, Server 2012 R2, Manager ver. 3.1.21.1, Driver ver. 7.1.2.107, hub firmware ver. 20.11.32.168

Computer Questions
Are you using multiple servers? How many?
What Operating System are you running on for your server? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
Is it Physical or a Virtual Machine? If Virtual, which virtualization software are you using?
When the error occurs, please check Windows Device Manager for the presence of the USB device in question. Make sure it looks OK (no yellow ! warning icon).

AWUSB Manager Questions
You mention the driver version is 3.1.21.1
Next time this error occurs, on your computer, please look in your AnyWhereUSB Manager. Do you see a green “lock” icon (to the left of the AWUSB Plus) or do you see a red “X” icon?
On that page, what does the “State” say?, “Active (secure)” or something else? Note that you will need to select (highlight) the AW device in order to see the “State”.
