Basic configurations for xbee modeules serie 2

I´d like to have some help about what is wrong with the xbee configurations. I´ve set the parameter according to the basic needs, but the modules don´t see each other. I set the PAN ID, DH and DL according to the following text.

ZIGBEE COORDINATOR AT:
PAN ID: 1234
SH = 13A200
SL = 403BC577
DH = 13A200
DL = 403BC5B4

ZIGBEE ROUTER / END DEVICE AT:
PAN ID: 1234
SH = 13A200
SL = 403BC5B4
DH = 13A200
DL = 403BC577

You can confirm that the modules are in same network by checking OI and CH parameter on the modules. These two parameter values should be same on all the modules in the network.
