Blue Screens during the execution of the drivers Setup.exe

Hello,

I have download on your website the drivers of the Digi Connect ME dedicated to my OS (windows Vista)

Each time I execute the “Digi RealPort Setup Wizard” in order to “add a new Device” I have a blue screen. I have the message “Driver IRQL not less or equal …”

So it’s impossible for me to connect to my device without the complete installation of these drivers. Is there any issue for this problem ?

Are you trying to use the latest Realport driver (http://ftp1.digi.com/support/driver/40002549_E.zip)? Can you post screen shots of what you’re seeing if you are?
