There is 50cm distance between the two but my RF data rate is 30 Kbps it should be 250 Kbps according to Datasheet. can i increase RF data rate if so how can i increase that ?
The 250kbs rate you are referring to is NOT the throughput rate but the fixed RF data rate the two radios talk to each other at. The best you can do under the Zigbee firmware is 30kbps.
If you want a higher data rate, you can use the 802.15.4 firmware for the S2C. But understand, even with that firmware, you are still going to be limited to about 100kbps throughput.
