Is it possible to clone TX64 modem Config file and use it on a TX64 PR modem?
I think the answer to your question is in part going to depend on the firmware version loaded on your TX64, since the way PR is supported changed at the 23.12.1.56 version as seen in the OS Firmware Release Notes here: https://hub.digi.com/dp/path=/support/asset/digi-tx-release-notes-24.6.17.54.pdf

Primary Responder (PR) Support
From the 23.12.1.56 release, the TX54 and TX64 Primary Responder devices can now use the
standard TX54 and TX64 firmware releases which support a Primary Responder (PR) mode.
To update your PR device, you must first update it to the 23.9.20.67 PR firmware release and then
update to the 23.12.1.56 firmware or later.
The PR mode should be auto-enabled when the device is updated.
