I have dev. kit XBee Wi-Fi (S6B): http://www.digi.com/products/wireless-wired-embedded-solutions/zigbee-rf-modules/point-multipoint-rfmodules/xbee-wi-fi
When i set network between those two modules it is OK. They found each other and set conection. But when I try to sen something by UART, it will not comunicate.
Can somebody help me?
What mode do you have them in? There is currently a bug with Ad Hoc mode in the S6B firmware. We are waiting for the update.
From the release notes:
“Known Issues: … 5. AdHoc mode allows association between two modules, but does not allow transmissions.”
I use AdHoc mode.
Do you know when can we expect new firmware?
I haven’t heard a date, just that they are working on it.
