connecting SUNFIRE V250 to DIGI ETHERLITE 32

hello ,

anyone know which cable to use in order to connect the digi (rj45) to the sunfire v250 (which has a db9 connection to it , but i dont know the right crossing needed for the connection).

same for sun ULTRA 10 (which also has a db25 connection).
