I just perform factory reset on my Digi WR44V2 and set the default IP with connection wizard software!
now I can ping the router and open the login page, but it’s not accept the default username and password!
any idea ?

no idea why you sould not beable to get in unless you changed the password as that is part of the wizard
if you have not enabled password protection of the serial port you could access the router over the serial port and setup another username/password
else factory default it again and dont use the wizard

I just checked the serial communication and it didn’t ask me for user & password. so how can I change the username and password via serial communication?

the commands to set the default username and password up is:
user 1 name username
user 1 password password
