Despite connecting the AnywhereUSB program, it does not work

Hello Everyone;

I am using the Anywhere USB program. I am getting a USB token from a company. I have 3 PCs in my business. I am using the program on 2 PCs without any problem. On 1 PC, even though the token is connected, my computer does not see it. On my other 2 PCs, after connecting, I open the program for the token, it asks for the token password, and I use it without any issues, but on this PC, it does not ask for the password. They said this is related to the PC. I formatted it, but it is still the same. Please help, why is this PC not connecting? Do I need to change a setting on the PC? I couldn’t find it, I would appreciate it if you could help. Have a good day.

Specifically which model AWUSB is this? For example, is it the modern AWUSB Plus? Or is it an older AWUSB G2 (2nd generation)?

Which Digi / AWUSB software are you using? The AWUSB Manager, for example? Or the AWUSB Configuration Utility?
