Im trying to configure this board in an NT PC but can’t get loopback tests using hyper terminal to work. I’m sure the ports, addresses, IRQs etc are all fine but no com port on the digi seems to work. The loopback tester I’m using works fine on com1 but when switched to any of the new digi come ports none work. Any suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

It refers to Windows 95, but some of the troubleshooting steps are similar for NT.
Also, you may wish to try running the DOS diagnostics for this adapter (ud-std.exe) available here:

Also, keep in mind that, if I remember correctly, the version of Hypeterminal which comes with NT, only supports the built in serial ports.
