Digiport EZ16 RS422 termination?

Hi,

I cannot find any information on what the “Termination” selection does for a RS422 port, normally you terminate the RXC+/- receiving side with a 100-120 ohm resistor. Is that the case here ?

I don’t know much about that product, but that is generally what Digi and others do with an RS422/485 connection with Termination.

@Bandola , yes that is the case with the Termination setting as well. Since termination is only needed on one end, the Termination config setting is there in the event your device doesn’t have Termination built-in.
