DTR and RTS Controlling

Hi. I’m currently trying to connect a P+K Precision 1856D to the Digi PortServer TS 8 MEI and Im having some issues with the DTR and RTS. The 1856D requires the DTR to be enabled and the RTS to be disabled. Is there anyway I can achieve this and if so how?

Sorry if this question has been asked before or I should have posted somewhere else its my first time posting. Any help would be useful.

Perhaps the RTS toggle setting will work. This can be applied from the root prompt of the PortServer:

#> set flow rts=tog range=(port#)
