Edgeport 4/16 keep getting Windows 0x44 Blue Screen Error

Hi

We keep getting Windows Blue Screen STOP: 0x00000044, “Multiple_IRP_Complete_Request” when we use your Edgeport 4/16 with latest driver.

We traced the error to Digi Edgeport.

When we switched to another brand of USB to Serial, everything works fine.

How can I overcome this issue using Digi Edgeport?
