edgeser64.sys blue screen windows 10

I have 10 machines running windows 10. Two of them randomly blue screen throwing a “system thread exception not handled” error. When I run whocrashed, its always the edgeser64.sys driver that caused it. I upgraded the drives to the one released on 4/30/2020. But the crashes still randomly occur.
