well i guys i have a problem, after changing function set of this modem XBEE-PRO , it cannot communicate with modem , read and write at all… Any ways to solve this problem?

If you changed to AIO/DIO, I would certainly expect that. Sadly, all of the ‘special’ firmwares like 232/485/AIo/Dio are for Digi hardware only.
You need to get back into the bootloader, so VERY CAREFULLY follow these instructions, which use hardware to break into it:

Don’t reply “It didn’t work” - it does! I have salvaged dozens of Xbee with this procedure, with only 1 or 2 failing, which meant they had been physically damages and were toast anyway.
